• Deer Creek is a fantastic venue, with plenty of flora and fauna, trails for hiking, a lake for boating and fishing, basketball, volleyball, tennis and shuffle board courts, a children's play area, an indoor pool, a video game room, a ping pong table and a fitness center.  Bring your family and take advantage of the convention room rate through the weekend!

• On Thursday, September 15, play nine holes in the morning at Deer Creek's championship golf course.  In the afternoon, you can choose among several software user seminars (complimentary-- you will be contacted by your vendor) as well as an "Interpersonal Influence Inventory" workshop (fee) led by Collector Mentor magazine's Gary Jensen.

             (A hospitality suite will be open Wednesday night for those who arrive early for golf.)

• Wind down the evening Thursday from 6:30-10:00 p.m. at an outdoor cookout at the Deer Creek Grillside Pavilion,
  complete with a bonfire and games such as Cornhole and Horseshoes. 

• Friday morning, join us for breakfast before we start into our agenda.  We have applied to be a CLE sponsor for presentations
  by former ACA CEO Rozanne Anderson and MAP attorney Jeff Turner! 
  
• The agenda will also include vendor introductions and visits, the annual business meeting, a government affairs update and a tasty lunch.

Per ACA International, an amendment to the ORMA By-Laws was submitted to the ORMA Secretary, who has determined that balloting on this matter (see attachment) will be conducted at the ORMA annual convention on Friday, September 16, 2011 at the Deer Creek Lodge & Conference Center.
